I've had this happen twice now, I'm on Octopus Cosy, I charge in the morning automatically but manually charge in the afternoon via the app.
The first time (a few days ago) it was unresponsive I cleared the cache and restarted by phone, and the app seemed to update itself upon reboot, I think that it looked slightly different, also the quick buttons had disappeared so had to set them to show again. By this point it had set itself back to the 'play' mode and was using the battery rather than the expensive Cosy rate.
Then yesterday the same happened again, restarting my phone didn't help so logged into the GE cloud via my PC and restarted the inverter. This is impractical though, has anyone had this issue with the app? I've been on Cosy back in Spring and for about a month or so now and not encountered this problem before.
I have a Gen 1 3.6kW hybrid inverter with 2 x 2.6kWh Gen 1 batteries.

Update I think that this is more related to the inverter itself, I currently have an excess of solar, batteries are 23% yet it is just exporting to the grid and has been for a while. I restarted the inverter, no change. Then turned eco mode off, saved it, turned it back on and it's decided to start charging the battery with the excess solar now. This behaviour is a bit worrying.

I've emailed support, once again the Eco mode isn't working, heat pump is on, solar is covering some of it, battery is 33% but sitting idle, the shortfall is coming from the grid.

Could try going to the portal, inverter, settings, then reset to defaults. Leave 10 minutes then reset your charge and discharge times.
