Display not updating

Hello Can anyone help.
My data has stopped uploading to my laptop
Anyone any ideas?
I've shut down and restarted and also seperately restarted the computer

Internet connection issue as data goes to and comes from GivEnergy?
GivEnergy server dead?

Stopped uploading when, I have been informed that currently one of the comms servers is having an issue, dropping out and rebooting today for last few hours and its being looked at.
