Anyone know to reset the GivEnergy dongle password?
I have changed broadband provider and have new WiFi credentials and cannot access the Dongle to login.

There's a guide on the GivEnergy KB site. Google GivEnergy KB dongle and you should find it.

Nickkelly best way is to change the wireless SSID to your old one and use the same password, all devices will then just reconnect

Cdent I wish I had done that. But too late now. Can't remember ever changing the Dongle password, but I cannot get in

Cdent This has been discussed a few times and usually does not work with the GE dongle. Works with most other devices.

Nickkelly maybe best to contact support then
Small tip, when reconfiguring the dongle, best to use a computer.
Mobile phones tend to jump off the dongle WiFi network and onto a stronger WiFi - which isn't helpful in these scenarios.
Even telling my phone to disconnect and not auto reconnect to my home WiFi and turning off the mobile data connection didn't help, it was too flaky to get it setup properly without a laptop.

Nickkelly I'm the same, I did get in once before but now nothing works to get back in. It's not great and I wish I could wire it in, but it's a Gen1 so no chance
