Incorrect tariff rates for Octopus Flux

My GE App ‘Smart Tariff’ screen is not using the correct Octopus Flux rates. Is there a way of updating them to the correct figures? I’m no expert so, if there is a way, please keep it simple! 😃

Chris_M the data is pulled from Octopus, so make sure you're on the correct tariff on their site, then remove and re-enter your Octopus details and see if that works

Cdent I’m on the correct tariff on the Octopus site, where do I enter the Octopus details please?

Chris_M I entered mine into the portal, you go to Edit Dashboard, add the Smart Tariff card and then it ask for you Octopus details (MPAN, API and Meter I think). Not sure if it's possible in the app to do this

@Cdent Sorted! Thank you. For info for others, go into the Smart Tariff card and click on the box in the bottom right-hand corner, then Remove Tariff, then select Octopus which will take you to the account details where you can Copy and Paste (into the Card) the details required.
