Data not updating on Givenergy app

Just has a solar panel system installed this week. This morning I noticed that no matter how many appliances I use, the reading is staying exactly the same on the Givenergy app Home Dashboard. I tried logging out of the app and back in but still have the same issue. WiFi appears to be working fine. Anyone else have a similar issue that might be able to advise?

Portal not showing usage and battery is idle. I am dealing with installer now.

Installers need to come back out to assess the problem but it looks like the LAURA? in our garage fusebox has a fault as is not working.
