Hi,
Battery saying 20% but importing from the grid. It used to discharge down to 4%
Any ideas?
Thanks

Check My Inverter/Settings/Battery Options and see if Reserve is set to 20%

Did you get this resolved?

If reserve not set at 20%. You may need to run a re-calibration. If that doesnt fix, a support call to GivEnergy

As wrefordj said, check your battery options in the inverter tab. Mine suddenly changed to 25% which seemed to happen at the same time as the portal change.

Hi,
I have check the inverter and battery setting and the reserve is set to 4%.
The battery indicator show 2 out of 4 LEDs lit up, suggesting the battery has 50%. But the app shows the energy is being imported from the grid.
How do I run a re-calibration?
Thank you

I'm now using the API to monitor the battery SoC on my home automation system. Not only does my battery only discharge to 8% (not the 4% reserve) but it only charges to 90%. Do I also require a calibration? How is this done?

jamesmackenzie Just an FYI 2 lights means between 25%-50%, 3 lights 50%-75%, 4 lights 75%+
