Is it normal for the battery temperature to be 45.5*C? Just noticed now when checking the status of our second battery that was installed yesterday. It’s still calibrating at present.

It's the bms temperature (circled) your seeing, not the cells which will be far far lower

Manzi not really, it's pretty normal temp.
Mine regularly hits 60'C on long discharge runs.
You will find if you have a single pack either 8.2 or 9.5 they run hotter than multiple batteries as the load is all on one BMS board as opposed to shared.
I have seen some BMS boards that have got that hot they unsolder their own Mosfets which is an amusing fault I guess. Not sure how well the temperature monitoring is fed back into the BMS to make it throttle down for that to ever happen though.
