I want to stop Axle controlling the inverter, but am happy to stay with Axle/GE for Giveback events and will controll the inverter myself. (Axle's control of inverter is screwing up my planned charge/discahrges)
Does anyone know how to stop Axle/GE modifyong my settings (not HA)?
Thanks

I'm also using Axle for the events, and i know what you mean
I don't think you can at the moment as it's a auto system they have setup
What i have been doing around 1 hour before the event they seem to change the setting and take ECO off
I put that back on and and setup the times for the export and soon as the event ends and put ECO back on

I emailed Axle at support a t axle dot energy.
They removed their access to my inverter whilst I still stayed in the Axle programme. This was what I had requested.
Clearly it is now upto me to manage Charge & Discharge to match the event times.

I let them change the configuration, which will give some benefit if I'm not available for some reason, but I then adjust their settings to avoid things like the Octopus Flux peak rate. Doesn't cause me any problems...

Does anyone know how to pause a giveback event, Octopus is so expensive today it won't be worth charging to export

It's of course too late for the event, but for future reference, have a look into Remote Control log at the bottom of the page, see what they have changed, and change it back to previous values. That would be mainly Eco mode and scheduled discharge, revert that and event is not happening.
