Can GE AIO Export to Grid and Power home at the same time?

Simple question, perhaps not a simple answer!

Just got a GE Gateway and 13.5kWh AIO battery. Hoping to do a dialy timed export of excess battery power to Grid but want my house powerded AT SAME time. Sounds obvious, but I am assuming this is possible as don't actually know.
Illustrative Scenario:
GE AIO 13.5kWh battery 100% full
House Load 2kW

Q1 - Therefore would export to Export to Grid: 4kW - will this happen or will 6kW go to the Grid and I have to import 2kW for House?
Q2 - I woulike like the battery to stop Export at 40% SoC. If I set this reserve value, does that actually mean the battery will not then allow the remaining 40% to be used afterwards by my house?
Q3 - Before and after this will the battery power my house or will it be blocked ready for the timed export?

(This is related to potentially joining Octopus Flux tariff, so confirming if Ocotopus will allow me to set this up in their tools rather than using the GE controls would also be greatly appreciated.)

You can’t import and export at the same time. So the house will take what it needs and the rest will go to the grid.

The reserve setting would impact discharge from the inverter, doesn’t matter where it is discharging to, house or grid, it’d still stop. Typically reserve is used to save some battery in case of a power cut.

If you want finer control over what happens when the battery goes low, you may want to look at home assistant automation- search the forum for that and look at YouTube channel Speak to the Geek.

As for q3, I can’t remember which way around it is, one of the modes holds the battery until the times set for discharge start (timed export?), the other leaves eco enabled (timed discharge??). On newer firmware there’s also timed demand, which I think works like eco until the discharge start time.

To make sure you are selecting the right area (I assumed I was SE England being in Essex but apparently no, its Eastern England) see below, the letter is the first letter on your octopus account number (eg A-*******)

I have found Agile to be extremely nice for this time of year, quite frequently at or below flux import and honestly outside of savingsessions you don't want to export during winter anyway.

For my area for the past month for both tariffs (although im on Agile), ill chuck a comparison for their flat rate as well
Agile = £85.42
Flux = £111.27
Flexible = £139

When its really cheap ill top battery up and depending on what might happen the next day ill hold charge whilst its under a certain price then let it go when it gets more expensive (usually around 20ppkwh).

Last night I topped battery up when it was 6p and under 😃

Tonight leading into tomorrow is prety good as well

Flux rate for me is 16.76p

My octopus account number starts with an A too, but I'm definitely not in eastern England.
