So I joined the Axle buy back scheme and all went well for the last month.
However now my battery is charging to full every night starting around 5 for no reason at peak rate, instead of low night rate and there is no buy back scheme available.
Is this an early gliche in the system as it’s costing money to charge 16kw battery on peak rate?

I'd guess they configured one of the charging slot timers for one event, but failed to clear it or restore it afterwards. Your inverter may have multiple charging slots available, but the app and the web portal tends to show only the first.
If you go to the 'remote control' part of the web portal, you should be able to see all the config settings. Just need to set things up as you want them.
Ricto Perhaps it may help if you define 'now'. Has it been happening since the last event, or has it magically started since?
If it still doesn't make sense perhaps a 'My Inverter'>'Settings'>'Reset To Defaults' might be worth doing although you would need to re-enter any other settings that you do want.
I also see you appear to use Octopus? Could that be causing the problem?
