Hi, just had a new system installed (hopefully the first of many). However, hitting a bit of a brick wall here and givenergy support is extremely slow/never get a reply! I've set timed charging/discharging and export in the inverter settings, however this has zero effect. For example, I've set the charging time to only be between midnight and 5am, however, it's sitting there charging away right now at 7.30pm!
Is there something I'm completely missing here? When I set the settings, I get a green confirmation that it was saved successfully and I've left it alone for 10/20 minutes to see if it takes a while to come into effect.
