How to get power to be taken from battery & not grid

Hello, I’ve just had my system installed, the battery has charged up, can anyone please help me to get the system to take the power from the battery & not from the grid.

Make sure the inverter is in ECO which you can find on the portal under inverter settings. Alternatively, go into the app and make sure the settings are set to DYNAMIC.
