My primary battery is reading 30% whilst my secondary battery is reading 0%. Since the installation, they have both increased and deceased storage together. Is this something to worry about? Cheers, Craig

You don't say what you have installed.
You could try 'My Inverter'>'Settings'>'Reset to Defaults' (after making a note of any non default settings if any)>'SUBMIT... and make sure you get a positive acknowledgement, if not try again after a few minutes.
or, if that fails try giving 01377 254 874 a call. You may get some useful advice.

SilverArt Thanks for replying. I updated the firmware and this issue now appears to be resolved.
