Solar generation not registering

I’ve just had a new AIO system installed with 17 solar panels connected via a Solux inverter.

The Solux shows around 500W being generated as does the PV meter in the Gateway but nothing is being registered by the app or web interface.

Any ideas?

None here I am afraid, I know with the AIO it doesn't register anything below 200w but 500w sounds like something may be wired wrong?

Best bet is to get on to installer as you should be seeing generation in the app.

Get used to it. The Givenergy app data is all over the place.
As an example, my Solis string inverter recorded 14.5kWh generated on the 1st of this month. The Givenergy app recorded 9.71kWh for the same period and the Givenergy portal shows 14.1kWh
The daily report reflects what the app is recording so that also is meaningless.
They are obviously managing to collect good data as the portal figure is just a little below the Solis figure which is to be expected but you certainly can not rely on app data or daily / weekly reports.

Thanks for the replies, I've been speaking to my installer about this and he is unsure what the issue is so will escalate it to GivEnergy.

Even today, which was nice & sunny and I peaked at 3.3KW, still nothing showing on the app.

Update.

The system is still not displaying the PV output. My installer thought at one point it might be the ID2 meter and swapped it for a known good one but the issue remains.

Everything seems to work but it just appears that the the portal/app is unaware that I have a PV system. It's been escalated through the GivEnergy 2nd tier support but they have not been able to suggest anything. I do remember that at the time of commissioning they had to get my installer to skip a step as the daylight was so low that my PV system was not generating any output so I wonder if maybe that has something to do with it and my config is not aware that solar is part of the installation. If this is the case, does the app still show the PV system greyed out or is it removed from the app altogether?

Update:
GivEnergy site visit is going to be scheduled - beginning to look like a hardware fault.
Apart from this minor issue, very happy with the system. AIO still on V6 firmware and will remain so until after the issue is resolved but no SOC errors so far...
