Hi All - I have an AC3 with 9.5 battery and thinking of adding a second AC3 and battery with the VAT change. For people running this setup, what issues are there and are they manageable? I know in future this was meant to be possible to connect via the EMS, but doesn’t seem to be any timeline for that and personable it’s low priority given all the AIO issues.

Should be possible with home assistant software balancing, but perhaps not officially supported.
Hardware EMS to come as another option.

TX200 thanks. Currently I can’t even get GivTCP to see my inverter, no idea why. reluctant to rely on an approach that requires extra fiddling!
Boffinboy ems from the latest presentation they’ve given about is due Jan/feb next year
I'd maybe query GE again about that Q1 timing...
hoggy installer suggested mid next year to me… but not sure any of the time estimates are accurate! GE told me they didn’t know when asked
Boffinboy yes it's only whispers and I don't really like repeating them given you never really know who/what the source is but I'm inclined to say your installer is more correct than the Jan/Feb.
hoggy never said I believed it😂. Just that is what they stated. Could be Jan/feb 2030 for all I know😩
