Removing larger of two batteries

Hi, I am hopefully selling my house, but looking at the option to leave just the smaller 2.5 kWh "Eco" battery on my Gen 1 Hybrid system and take the 8.1kWh battery with me. Is this something that I would have to get a registered installer to do so they can update the portal?

Fisher20 need to check the warranty paperwork, but IIRC the warranty will only cover the equipment at the original installation property which could be an issue for you at the new house

Otherwise, yes you'd need a GE installer to disconnect the battery and update the existing inverter to just have the one battery.
