I have been trying to connect with my dongle and the WiFi just keeps dropping out. The dongle is flashing blue. I tried resetting but still the WiFi drops out while trying to configure. Is the dongle faulty?

There are issues connecting with mesh wifi or wifi extenders.
Also, the installer should have set it up already as part of commissioning.

MarkyG82 it has worked in the past. Had solar system installed nearly 2 years.

Did you change your WiFi in any way?
