Iām new to this world and learning about my solar system and bettery GivEnergy function.
Can anyone recommend me how do I stop sending my energy going back to grid from Solar and from my battery as I have octopus Flux tariff and charging in night.
Any helpful advice please.

The default behaviour should be to minimise export to the grid.
Bear in mind that there's always a tiny imbalance to/from the grid: the inverter only has control over the charge/discharge rate of the battery, and is constantly trying to match that to the house load. It cannot react instantly. So grid use will rarely be exactly zero.
It's only if you're seeing hundreds of watts sustained over several display refresh cycles that there's anything to worry about.
When battery is very cold, or nearly full, it cannot accept charge at a very high rate, so at these times, some solar might get exported even when the battery isn't at 100%.
