set and forget multiple charge slots

I have been running this:

for a couple of weeks now. It really is set and forget once set up.
Briefly, it identifies the cheapest slots in the day and charges your battery. There is a learning algorithm that takes a while to kick in, and the solar prediction hasn't had effect yet ( short of sun).
There is a small subscription charge, but I am happy to pay that rather than mess about with coding. There is no contract period, you can leave when you like.
I have no interest or connection with the developers.

I tried using this but it never set up any charge or discharge events despite changing all the settings I could.
I cancelled within the 30 day test period, so it cost me nothing to try.

My biggest problem was that I didn't understand what it was trying to tell me. The explanations around each switch didn't help me to understand what I was expecting it to do - much better and simpler explanations are needed.

As far as I could see I eventually had working API links to both Octopus & my GE Inverter.

I may try again next year.

I have signed up to try MyEO following recommendations elsewhere on this forum - see "Making the most of Agile". Gary does Solar on YT had an interview with the developer, who, I thought, came over very well.
He seems keen to take feedback so if you had problems perhaps get in touch with him.

I'm waiting for my installer to send me my Inverter name and API - does anyone know if you can get this any other way? e.g. from GE?

From the portal
Click my inverter and it should show the serial number next to a coloured dot showing inverter status. Mine is SDXXXXXX.
Down left hand side go to account settings and to manage account security then manage API tokens. I think you generate one there

I think there is a 'how to video' on the website version.

I had a couple of queries and the developer got back to me within 24 hours.
The utility ran successfully last night and correctly allocated the optimal charging slots overnight.

I will have a look when its been live for a while

IanMc Multiple schedules will be available over the next day or so. And will work seamlessly with Gen1 Giv inverters.

The multiple schedules (up to 5) feature is now generally available on Wonder Watt. Feedback is very much welcomed - cheers!
