Battery Idle Help

Hi all, just done firmware update and battery just saying idle. We are away from home anyway to get it fixed? Tried resetting inverter any other ideas?

ChrisRussell there's a restart button on the my inverter page too.

Between reset to defaults (and making sure eco mode is turned back on) and restarting it, that's about all you could probably do away.

It might be the battery needs turning off and disconnecting via the DC breaker for 5-10 minutes then powering back up - but can't do that remote obvs!

Keep an eye out for any error messages too.

Sometimes these things just take a bit longer than expected too, so fingers crossed!
