Hi,
Fairly new to this, having had E.On install our system couple of weeks ago - 12 panel solarEdge + GivEnergy GIV-AC3.0 and 2 x GivBat 2.6 batteries.
Currently have a few oddities:
1) System is exporting surplus PV energy and not charging the batteries (set ot ECO, and batteries at 2% & 1%, conditioning completed on install date)
2) The MyInverter page lists battery type as "lead acid" - this appears to have been changed remotely by GivEnergy support last week from the logs
Couple of questions re the portal:
a) what does the circle colour on the MyInverter page next to the system ID indicate? (mainly orange, have seen it green occasionally)
b) what does the "Last Online Time" on the MyInverter page actually show? (currently seems to be fixed at a couple of hours ago)
