Greetings all,

I have 2 Gen 2 5.0 inverters, each with two 8.2 batteries. I've just updated firmware on one of these systems (ED2253G255) with no problem. It's now at version 913 and battery 3015.

However, the other (ED2253G274 Inverter version 911 and battery version 3012) gets stuck during update, displaying the message "27% Updating Inverter ARM".

Anybody see this and how do you get around it? Is this something that Givenergy Support need to do themselves, or perhaps send me the .files for USB update myself?
