Strange inverter behaviour

I have a hybrid gen 1 inverter with 9.5 kW battery. Usually it runs in eco mode then I charge up at night on the cheap agile rates. Today at 1pm it did an uncommanded charge of the battery to 100% and then maintained it there with the house load met by the grid until I realised at 6pm. I had to turn eco mode off then on again to reset it. Anyone know why this happened?

Calibration run after software update? Hit charge button on app? Should be some info in the cloud system logs.

I have an the ac charger with two 9.5kw batteries, I charge them at midnight on econamy 7 to use them through the day. Last night though the charge cycle was spiked and when it finished charging it the dumped all the charge. Never had this before, could this be due to the change of year? ![
