Battery - unwanted charge/discharge issue

Hi, does anyone know why my battery is doing this please? The font is a bit small, but it’s charging to around 10% then fully discharging. It’s done this since I set it to charge then export during the recent Octopus saving sessions (which worked fine) and the settings have all been changed back to normal since then. Charge mode is set to solar and discharge mode is set to dynamic. The reserve is set to 4%. I’ve also clicked on ‘reset to defaults’, but this hasn’t helped. Any help would be much appreciated. For the savings sessions, were you just using the built-in features, or were you using an external agent like WonderWatt or the Axle scheme ? Are there any external calls being recorded in the log at the bottom of the remote-control part of the web portal ? Have you set up any 'smart tariff' magic on the app. (I'm not sure how those work, since I don't seem to be offered any.)

The charge rate seems quite low, which is interesting - it is clearly capable of discharging at 3kW, yet it is charging very slowly. I think it might charge quite slowly when it discharges below the limit, and decides to charge up a little to avoid sittng at too low a charge.

Posting an image of the remote-control section on the portal might be useful, though there is a risk that it contains stale values - you can force it to re-read, but don't worry about that for now.

(I've often wondered whether it would be useful for the community to have a script / web page which can automatically collect all settings and format for posting.)

Newby I think it may help if you tell us exactly what you have installed and also when it was commissioned. If very recent perhaps contact your installer first?
