fault on system or last 20 hrs

Can somebody please help me with a fault on system which has meant I have used very expensive electric for the past 20 hrs!!! presume following power cut (when nothing works even though the system was sold as off grid!!!!)

25_lilyholt we can try, but we'd need a lot more details. This is a community forum, so we don't have any direct access to your system. Have you contacted support, or your installer if it's a new system?

DD Thank you I have tried installer - who are supposed to monitor and obviously don't have finaly found e-mail address for give energy so waiting for them.
