Our app is showing that our battery charge jumped from 24% to 100% in 5 minutes at 11:55 this morning. It's a nice sunny day, and had been charging ok, so where might the error be? Could it be poor WiFi connection? Thanks
Sudden jumps im SoC are not an uncommon problem. Do you typically charge the battery from grid, or only from solar? If the former, it's probably quite a while since the battery has been full? It's possible that the BMS had lost track of the state of charge - visiting 100% from time to time seems to help it with that.
What firmware are you running - things have been getting better over time.

Charging from solar, and it does seem to have settled. I also think WiFi is variable so data updates not consistent.
