Battery Charge Rate Capped in Eco?

Our batter never charges from Solar at more than 1.8kw

I cannot find this 1.8kw setting anywhere on the inverter/battery portal

The battery is set with a max charge and discharge of 2.6kw

Does anyone know if this is a default or optimal setting that Eco mode uses?

DDavey temperature can also have effect - is the battery very cold?
