Hi, I don't have a smart meter yet but I was wondering can you manually add in your tariff to get the information?
When I do get a smart meter where do you actually add in the information?

bignelly Just edit your dashboard in the portal and add the "Smart Tariff" card, once saved you can then add your current tariff.

Ok I added it in, sorry was been stupid but it doesn't seem to add in correctly. So I pay 0.21 per kWh but for 19kWh the tool says 0.04 import cost. Something up with that

bignelly That's not something I can help you with, sorry.
It is a new feature, only just added to portal this week, so there may be bugs.
You probably need to talk to support/developers.

If your tariff is a standard value Import one price export another, use the GivEnergy tariff tile.

Ok I made the mistake...the rate should be added in as pence and not pounds. So I added in 0.22 and it should have been 22

All sorted
