V recently installed PV system showing 'Inverter Status Lost' on old version of app. Graphs stopped updating about 6pm yesterday we think. Updated to new version app but same story. Loggin in on PC and all of the windows showing up greyed out, can see some data but can't edit or enter info.
What does this mean.
Wifi working fine upstairs and there has been no interruption.
All help welome.

On the settings tab under Independent Features we cannot set the Smart Charge feature back up in the newer version of the app. It keeps resetting to Reserve Battery to -2% every time we try to turn the smart charging back on. This is really frustrating as we have a night meter and usually charge the battery again over night, especially if we didn't get much sun during the day. It looks like our battery is stuck at 0% now despite a very sunny day.
This is really disappointing, the system has been in place for less than a month.

CatherineBurke use the portal for settings changes, the app is temperamental for changing things - more view only really.
The portal plays (relatively) nice on mobile.

Thanks for your reply and advice Hoggy.
V new to all this and not particularly good with technology.
When you say portal do you mean browser based login at givenergy.cloud not the app? When I use the browser to access the givenergy.cloud login on laptop I can't do anything, each page is greyed out so no changes possible there at all. I will try accessing on mobile now. Only android devices here.
Thanks in advance.

Also would be great to know how to get the Inverter back online when it goes off line.
any steps I can follow to do that?

Yes it's the portal.givenergy.cloud one.
Shouldn't all be greyed out though, that's a bit odd.
For getting it back online, I know its a cliche but usually turning it all off and on again sorts it.

Also once your in the portal and expand the inverter card to change its settings it helps turning the phone landscape. That way the menu bar is easier to flick through.

Thanks a mill! Sorry for the 20 questions. Re turning it off, do you mean follow the whole PV shut down/turn on sequence? I will try resetting the wifi booster up there first maybe?

CatherineBurke yes you could try that first before shutting everything down as per the procedure.
