Can't connect to home or away on Givenery app

It'll likely be cause it's lost WIFI. If it's only been a short time, then just wait and it should re-establish connection soon. If not, you can reset it and reconnect manually, but that's a pain.

I have the same problem. I don’t know the WiFi password for the Inverter.

Where can I find instructions to reset it or do I need to contact GivEnergy?

Daveb01 Thank You, but I have looked at that sheet and am unable to login to that WiFi as I do not know the password. I have tried WHxxxxGxxx and cannot reset the dongle as it is a Gen 3 Inverter which has the internal WiFi and not an external dongle.

If anyone knows how to reset the password for a Gen3 Inverter please send me the instructions.

Daveb01 It doesn't give a username option and I have tried that password without any luck. I have emailed support and will see what they come back with. Thanks for your suggestions.
