Got to be honest, I’m starting to think that the system is not that bright. Right now, the app tells me that the battery is exporting 25W to the grid (on 96% charge) while the grid is supplying 34W to the house.
I think my Inverter is out without its carer.

Can you provide a screenshot? That doesn't sound possible, you can only have power flowing one way in or out of the house, so either importing from grid or exporting, not both at the same time.

The app/portal only show a snapshot of data every 5/30 seconds and there is a reaction time for the inverter to change mode from import to export so sometimes the flows can look weird

Twiglet one of the settings in the app is whether the numbers are fudged to make them add up.
The free 3rd-party app shows an additional category of the consumption of the inverter itself. Not sure where the official app shows this, but it's plausibly 25W + 33W
I often see the app animating flow from battery to grid when really it's more likely that it's solar that's going out. So I think the animations are sometimes wrong. After all, it can't really say where the power is actually going, just the net flow in/out of each component.

On the power flow home screen of the app its the cog wheel just below 'away' mode and turn 'show calculated load' on

agree with @DD you can't determine where the power is truly going, just the +/- for each individual component

Twiglet Also... 25W and 34W is nothing. You're interested in this now because (I guess, seeing as you joined the community recently - Welcome!) you are new to this and are scrutinising everything. When summer comes you'll be pulling several kW from your panels, you'll lose interest in 25W, it's just noise.

The system is always pushing and pulling small amounts from the grid to help it balance. The inverter is only reactive - it needs to see a + or - difference to load before it can react. In the mean time that difference is made up by the grid.
