I have had a problem where I could not see a report in the portal. This was resolved by support but I am now unable to delete any reports. Support say there should be a bin icon to delete the report. Are others not seeing this bin icon? Was it there before and has now gone.
I have never seen a delete icon since getting the system in September. If I view a report it seems to duplicate it.
That is exactly what I am experiencing. Support say there should be an icon for deletion and mine also duplicate.
I want this feature as well, it says in the heading you can delete unwanted reports but No option to do so.
We all need to raise a big report in the portal feedback section.
The portal is a total shambles where some things are there one day then disappear next day.
Employing someone competent on the front-end would be a start but I wouldn't hold your breath.
Having said that the delete icon for reports has never been there since our system was installed.

Looks like it was myself that put in the bug report. Was advised it would need inverter resetting along with the dongle but looks as though that would not solve the problem.
This is a reply from third level support so looks like it will get solved in the future.
"The reports are unable to be deleted at the moment. It is not an available feature. It is being worked on by our developers and should be implemented at a later date but at the moment is unavailable."
