cheers, I saw it last night and thought it would be a clickbait video. These youtubers are always making some dramatic statement.

Hook agreed I’d probably not have watched it either myself but ironically I’d been suggested the GivEnergy ‘how does cold weather affect your battery’ video immediately beforehand, presented by EVM (I recognised his garage), but he was wearing a GivEnergy sweatshirt and he kept on saying “we are going to be …”

Does explain his love affair with Givenergy - and his AIO. As they say up north - you get nowt for owt...

EVM has announced his connection with GivEnergy on his own channel now.

Personally I like his style of reporting, and used his videos and advice for choosing my GE system. System is literally a year old as of yesterday, and I’ve been very impressed with it so far.

I’ve got to say the previous GE videos didn’t come across as particularly professional. I’ve got nothing against “George”, but didn’t feel his style was a good advert for the company.

I’m impressed that GE reached out to EVM as the (presumed) way forward.

I wish EVM success in his new role. It is not an easy thing to leap into something new giving up a secure job. GE should do well with his presentation style on their videos.
