The Energy Chart on the portal and app, reporting for an AIO system, is simply broken. The figures do not match inverter data and do not match the power chart, often going negative.

This has seemingly been a known issue since late 2022. Are there any plans to fix it? Has anyone found a ‘fix’ or workaround?

That seems like the sort of thing that might happen if a CT clamp was installed the wrong way round?

I've never been clear how an AIO knows about solar, since it's "just" an AC-coupled battery. Does it have a CT clamp to measure output from an AC-coupled solar inverter, or a port into which a solar inverter's AC connection can be connected, or something else ?

On the installation guide for the gateway, it looks like there's a CT clamp around the PV inverter output ???

DD The power details on the inverter pane and the power pane are all correct, it’s just the energy chart that is incorrect. So I think the CT clamp must be correct.

GivEnergy have deployed a fix today which seems to have sorted this. Whoop! Fingers crossed it stays fixed!!

For me they have NEVER been close and I doubt they ever will be.
