GEM120 CT - what does the lickle button do?

The (joke) datasheet for the GEM120 gives no clue at all to its capabilities, given my power data is now worse than useless I am wondering if I can (even eyeball mode) get useful data directly from it.
(This seemed like the best forum section to use given that AC couple systems will always have one of these...??)

I've always assumed it would let you toggle through the various reading types, but have always been too timid to actually try it :-)
