My battery fully charged on 14/02/24 without given it any instruction. Since, the battery is not discharging to the house. It is always 100%.
I checked settings and the battery should be charged only from solar. Help!

Alvarez21 do you use automations or scripts that adjust the system parameters, or do you just leave it alone to get on with things?

Check the battery discharge rate in the portal.

Try a reset to defaults on the portal, this usually cures most issues

DD I didn't do anything. Suddenly, the battery charged to fully from the grid and now it doesn't do anything. It is like I don't have a battery. Only my solar panels work.

geoffreycoan I did. On the reset to default (on the battery) and it didn't make any difference.
I contacted my installers today but nothing has been done so far. Let's see tomorrow!

Watcher i doesn't show anything because the battery is fully charged and it doesn't discharge at all.

Alvarez21 On the app, the quick setting button, if you have it enabled (the 'play' icon at the bottom) will bring an option to immediately discharge the battery. Have you tried that, to see if anything happens. (I'm not quite sure off-hand what it's supposed to do - I don't bother with the quick settings.)

DD I tried this yesterday but the battery discharges into the Grid. So i stopped it. It doesn't make sense! Give my energy to the grid? When charged it from it? Strange!!

Sure... but that's progress: we now know that it is capable of discharging. We now just need to figure out why it is choosing not to.

I think we also know that it's not a problem with the max discharge power (?)

Next thing I'd check is that eco mode is on. Easiest way to do that is to force it off, then on again. On the app, set discharge mode to scheduled, and mode to 'full export'. That will set the eco flag off. Then set discharge mode to dynamic, which should turn it back on again (and cancel timed discharge).

(Telling us things you've already tried might save some time - we don't know what you've already tried, and so we can't eliminate those factors.)

DD thanks for helping. I have updated the battery software (the latest update and voila!). It seems working now. I hope the battery won't charge again tonight at 00.00 like last time.
Thanks for given me ideas. Reading your comments and navigating on the portal I could see different options! Thanks to all. .

Alvarez21 an update will often trigger a calibration cycle, which fully discharges then charges the battery. So it might happen one more time.
