This morning on my HA dashboard I got a "Invalid target rates Error for my octopus integration. I also got a warning on predbat. The predbat one has cleared itself but the HA one hasn't, and there is no cancel/ reset option.
It refers to target rate my_charge_slots but this seems normal.
Has anyone else had this and will this message reset itself or do I need to do something to get rid of it?
The learn more link doesn't really help

Invalid Target Rates error
Update, the predbat error has returned Just after the half hour rate change, so problem still there.
Wavy Davy I think the problem is to do with the change in agile rates which take effect from today.
At least one other person has reported their standing charge is reporting as ‘unknown’, and mine is as well.
I was moved onto Octopus outgoing fixed yesterday as they spotted I was still on Flux outgoing, but the change was backdated to when I moved off Flux last October. The Octopus API’s and my Octopus account is showing the correct details but the Octopus integration still thinks I am on Flux export (so had to put an export rates override in Predbat).
I suspect that these things may be cured by restarting the Octopus Energy integration, i.e. restarting HA completely. Then it will get a fresh set of data from the Octopus API. Haven’t tried this myself yet but I think its worth a go
geoffreycoan Geoff, Thanks, yes that seems to have cured it. Strange thing was I had the following error message on predbat, but couldn't find the metric mentioned.

But anyway seems to have gone away (for the moment).
My standing charge is reported as unknown and has been all day

metric_standing_charge is set in apps.yaml, its a regular expression that points to the octopus integration sensor.
For me I have this commented out so I only model consumption in predbat which is why I am not seeing the error
Glad its sorted for you
geoffreycoan Just after midnight last night I noticed that I’d completely lost the import rates in Octopus Integration. It had worked all through yesterday as they were ‘next day’ rates from the 14th, but next day, current day, previous day and standing charge entities all hadn’t updated since the 14th. Timeout errors connecting to Octopus in the HA core log.
Restarted HA and everything came back ok, new rates, export rate and the standing charge all retrieved ok
Mine seems ok now, just got looked at entity "event.octopus_energy_electricity_XXXX_XXXX_current_day_rates" which I'm assuming is the entity you use and it updated 6 mins ago.
