Anyone else noticed that the Energy Graph on the portal has no readings after about 0830 this morning?
Meter tab is getting updated and all the other graphs seem to be OK.
Probably just webmonkeys breaking production systems again......

The graph has now been repopulated. As I surmised its idiots working on live production systems without testing properly. Situation normal for GE.
Did you have to do anything to fix this? Like yours, my Energy graph's last reading is from 8am on the 16th Feb and nothing since...
Yesterday's graph repopulated itself, today's is once again stuck.
Has the muppet who works on the portal ever heard of testing/QA? Clearly not.
Note that if you select the legacy dashboard all the data is shown correctly, as it is on the meter tab.
Edit - actually perhaps going to the legacy dashboard kicks the Energy Graph card on the "current" dashboard back into life. Today's graph is now populating again. Piss-poor coding 🙁
Mine's the same. Legacy data is in there and no issues with dongly/internet connections — but current energy graphs are empty.
Any fixes? Or just wait?
Mine seems to be working perfectly. I may be wrong, but I suspect the underlying issue is a small difference between the time on your inverter and the time at the portal. Try using the control page to sync the time, otherwise it might get fixed automatically at 2am on Sunday 31 March.
Rubikcube Nope, its not that, inverter is 14 secs off ntp sync'd time, as always.
Switching to legacy didn't seem to work.
16th Feb still shows from 12am-8am on both dashboards
17th Feb shows 12am-4pm and no updates since.
I'm on Octopus Intelligent Flux and 4pm is the switch to peak time. I wonder if this is linked in any way.

My energy graph stopped reporting correctly yesterday evening (05/09/24) - from what I can tell, everything else seems to be working.
Only the charts and graphs are not updating.
I'm really here to find out how best to optimise GE to work with my Eddi and PV cyclinder element! But let's start with this simple query?!

Stocks Hi, welcome to the forum. Is this the graph on the app or the portal (or both) ?
For the other stuff, it would be useful to know what sort of GE kit you have (inverter / battery size), and what electricity tariff you're on, and other background stuff. (And preferably in a new thread, rather than waking an old one.)
