Changing Smart Meter Tariff rates ?

How does on change the Tariff rates in the Smart Meter panel ? I have them set up but cannot find a way to update with new rates . Thanks

Michael Stapley (Do you mean the in-house display, or the smartmeter itself?) Not sure you can - I think you have to pester your energy supplier to do it.

Michael Stapley if you mean the ones on the portal that are pulled in from your supplier, you can't as they're from your supplier. If they're wrong, try removing and re-adding your account details. If you've manually input the figures you need to remove the tariff by expanding the card first )four arrows top right of the card) then using the 3 lines button (bottom left of card). Refresh the whole page and then re-add them

Cdent Doh! Sorry, yes, of course smart meter panel means smart meter panel 😳

The Portal ones for me are blank when the smart tarrif tile is minimised- - for Import Energy and - for Estimated cost. When I maximise the tile I can see data and all the correct use and tarrif info from Octopus.
The minimised tile shows nothing, am I doing something wrong?
