Hi,
Can anyone please help me. Can I change my new Wi-Fi settings through GivEngery app by changing Dongle Wi-Fi change or I need to change through Portal.
Please advise

Jayesh neither, you'd need to connect directly to the dongle to update the WiFi details. Check here for instructions https://kb.givenergy.cloud/article.php?id=1 (but you need to know the dongle password!)
Alternatively, just rename your new WiFi networks the same as your old ones, use the same password and all devices should auto reconnect.
