Generation Meter Reading

Hello,
I've moved from Scottish Power to Octopus for a better export rate. Scottish Power wants my energy meter reading "total" instead of 'Export', which I don't have. I only took a picture of the Export.

I've been running calculations between my GivInverter page 'Meter Readings' for Export, Import, PV Gen. I took a picture of the Meter 3 days ago and another today. Then, I compared my Import, Export, and Total figures on the Meter with the GivSite. They are different figures, which has left me confused.

Can somebody please explain what 'Export, Import, Total' are and where they get the data?

danerf They want the readings from your smart meter, not the generation meter. There are instructions how to do that on their website.

Edit - also the givenergy readings are dubious to say the least and the EM115 meter they use is junk.
