Why is my inverter only charging at 290w off the grid?

I've had some issues where not charging with the schedule, but today it's only charging my battery at 290w! It should be around 3.68kw!
Only had it installed for few days
3.6kW inverter and 2x 9.5kwh batteries
Any ideas?

Well now, it's increased but capped at 2kwh charge speed.
I plugged my EV in and that was charging at 7kwh, so no problem with my supply

Whatever happened on 27th between 9am to 1pm has had an effect on the inverter I think, as the problems started after that. Called Tech support at 1pm on that day and they sorted out whatever was going on from 9am and I was discharging again to my home from battery
