Hello all, I currently have two 5kW batteries on my property both of which do not show the status lights (led's) correctly. I've been told that if I switch both batteries off, and then restart this will correct the situation. Does anyone know if this is correct, and more importantly if it is how do I do this procedure correctly?

Yes it's the first thing to try before other options.

Hold the little black button down for about 5-10 seconds till it's off.

Although chances are it might already be off!

Press the little black button to turn them back on.

Well, I tried switching the batteries off and back on again.
End result is no change, so anyone have ideas on the next item to try before I contact Givenergy?

KJP23 other than checking the DC breaker (between the battery and the inverter) is still on, nope, job for the installer or GivEnergy I think.
