Inverter not charging battery or allowing to discharge

Hi. Complete newbie to this page

Had a 3.6 inverter gen 2 installed just under a year ago.

Checked my data on the app for the first time in about a week and there's been zero battery activity. All power generation is either going to house or straight to the grid and not being stored.

Reset both batteries (1 is at 100% charge the other at 80%) with buttons on the side. No difference.

Done a reboot on the wifi app and no difference. Turned everything off and on again, no difference.

Any help would be amazing

Go into the portal and do ‘reset to defaults’ to reset the inverter to its standard Eco settings.

This should clear most ‘not working’ issues. Afterwards you will need to setup any scheduled charge or discharge activity you need
