I have just had an inverter & battery system installed and (apparently) commissioned. ie it is working and controllable via the App on my phone, or via PC & the Cloud. However, when supplied by my installer with a link to the 12-year warranty (applies to all installs after September 2023) I find caveats about "must be properly installed and commissioned etc". How do I know that GivEnergy accept that this is the case ? This may seem paranoid but the time to check is now, not nce a problem has shown up.
Has anyone had (unfortunately) the need to claim on their warranty ? How did that go ?
Thanks
Nick
