What is the status of work being done to correct the software fault that causes battery SOC to instantly jump to 100% from a value well below 100% (typically in our case from about 90%)?

27BBD I was told a battery calibration would sort this, but the calibration option in the portal is greyed out for me. Alas, the issue just went away after about a week of cycling charges.

This issue is still not resolved. 2 days ago our SoC jumped instantly from 72% to 100%.
BTW; is GiV Energy still even in BUSINESS? They don't answer bug tickets or the phone or acknowledge emails and NONE of the installers within 50 miles of us even answer the phone or acknowledge emails.

27BBD A firmware update is apparently in the works but no idea when it will be made available for consumption :/

The latest I heard was that is going under beta test a couple of weeks ago but have heard nothing since.

This has happened to me a couple of times now, however it only appears to be an issue when charging overnight from the grid. My battery (we have an 8.2KWh) hit the reserve 4% last night so had a couple of hours from the grid. I charged it between 00:30 and 04:30 to 60%.

When I look at the data, although it jumped from 76% to 100% (when charging from solar), since the start of today total charging added 7.5KWh to the battery and the house has taken 0.66KWh, so it isn't far off in terms of total battery capacity from a charging standpoint. I therefore assume that the battery occasionally needs to recalibrate its SOC and this is all it is doing.
