I have two batteries and #2 appears to have died.
Unfortunately I'm away from home and cannot do much. I'm hoping someone at GE can look on their system to get more information, please?
Since day-1 there have been a number of issues with this system, and especially with software updates. These problems seem to point towarda this battery.

(If this has literally only just happened, could it just be a comms glitch ? I see dropouts like this from time to time on my battery history.)
I have had this with one of my batteries but it came back online by itself shortly after. The battery is not dead its voltage is showing that it is more or less fully charged.
