App feedback

Is it only me? I've made three suggestions on "Feedback" but I don't get any response at all. If your going to ignore your customers, why bother with a feedback facility on your app.

I have made 11 bug reports and feature suggestions in the app going back over a year ago and not had any response to any of them.

And givenergy don’t really read or contribute to this forum either. Its basically customer self help
