Guys, I have been using predbat software to optimise cost for some time, but since yesterday my battery started behaving really strangely. Battery went trough full calibration cycle without any obvious reason and started working ok for couple of hours. After that is in calibration mode again? Have you ever observed that behaviour?

Unexpected calibrations have been reported many times. You can use my free android app to confirm that a calibration is in progress. On the main screen tap the battery line and in the battery settings it will show the calibration stage (non-zero means calibrating).

WhiteGablesBR6 As @Rubikcube says, Predbat should spot that the inverter has gone into calibration mode and suspend operations until its finished https://springfall2008.github.io/batpred/faq/#warn-inverter-is-in-calibration-mode

You can look at the history of predbat.status in Home Assistant and see mode changing to ‘Calibration’

There have been a few reported incidents of this happening for other people, so it might be that since Predbat now reports the Calibration it is more visible than it used to be before. To be clear though, Predbat is not initiating the calibration, its the inverter that is, and predbat just reports on it happening

Why it is happening, dunno. May be that the inverter feels its lost track of the SoC
