My battery is set to charge 2am at the cheap rate with Octopus, but for some reason failed today. The sun is out and the panels are producing over 2KWh but are not charging the battery. I have tried to force charge the battery from the app and it is also not working. I have factory reset the settings and still not working.
Any ideas what is going on?
Sounds very much like your inverter has gone on holiday for the day.
Usually a ‘reset to defaults’ in the portal reminds it what its supposed to be doing

RajS It's possible that the max charge power has become 0, but the portal is out of sync. I think reset-defaults only updates values the portal thinks have changed. Forcing charge power to something random, then to the max, might help. Similarly could try forcing eco off then on, for the same reason.
Have tried that as well. GivEnergy support are re-calibrating the battery but nothing is showing in the dashboard.
